  11.   I have the same software.  SuperVoice came bundled with my modem.
  12.   Sorry, I haven't ever subscribed to the caller id service, so I 
  13.   have never used that feature.  But I am looking for a program that
  14.   is a little more robust than simply answering the phone.  Does anyone
  15.   know where I could find some software or some libraries that would
  16.   let me do more interactive telephone messaging.  The supervoice is
  17.   ok for very limited menu selections, but I want one that is customizable.
  18.   I have seen systems that come with expensive hardware, but it seems
  19.   to me that my modem should be sufficient to do this task, since it
  20.   is capable of doing this task with supervoice.
  21.   If anyone could give me any leads on some industrial strength software,
  22.   like the kind that the credit card company uses to process accounts,
  23.   it would be very helpful.
